REQUIREMENTS

  • Your products must be handmade by you or helpers and produced in the US.
  • We don't want this requirement to be a barrier. If you're not sure how this applies to you, please email us at makersunionpdx@gmail.com.

BENEFITS

  • Sell your products through your shop on our online marketplace.
  • Free marketing through promotions on MUPDX social media and email marketing campaigns.
  • Members-only invitation to be featured in our weekly interviews on Instagram Live @makersunionpdx.
  • Priority access and FREE or reduced rates to markets and other promotional events sponsored by MUPDX.

COSTS

  • Membership is free.
  • Commission is 15% on gross sales (makers receive 80%).
  • We will donate 1% of sales to 1 or more nonprofits identified by our members.

APPLY

Please complete our Membership Form. We will be in touch within 1-2 business days to help you set up your shop on our website.

PROCESS

  1. Complete the Membership Form.
  2. After you complete the Membership Form, we will email you with a request to complete the Shop Set Up Form.
  3. After you submit this second form, we will use the information you provided to set up your shop on our site. 
  4. Then, we'll email your login information and a temporary password.
  5. Log in, change your password, and finalize your shop details or add new products to your shop.
